Its Rehearsal time!

Ruddigore

Okay, finally we have the long anticipated return to rehearsal season. After much scratching of heads and general discussion we have decided to have a go at 'Ruddigore' as our next major production. We have currently booked the St. Paul's Hall for May 16th to the 21st for the actual show.

We have also been invited as a society to put on a concert some time in January which will be about an hour and a half or so of songs from Gilbert and Sullivan shows. We decided to put on the mini operetta 'Trial by Jury' for this concert, with a selection of better known pieces from individual shows in the second half of the concert.

Rehearsals will start next Tuesday - 31st August - in the town hall at 7:30PM. Anyone who is interested in taking part in the show is cordially invitied to join us. Also, if you have odd little bits of costumes from the last show to return, it will be an ideal time to do that as well.
